We haven't spoken too much lately about the accounts upgrades that are soon to come to nitrome.com, so we thought we'd shed a little light on what to expect!
You will have the ability to comment directly on other member's profile feeds. You will also get to post updates to your profile for other members to read. This will add a higher level of customisation to your profile page!
We will let you know more about what other features to expect in this accounts update next week!

I just wanted to give you all a quick heads up that I'm going to attempt some server changes next week. This may mean I need to lock down the accounts for a little while so that we can retain your data's integrity (we're thinking of your avatar unlocks, comments, settings etc!). I was going to perform the migration this week, but we'd rather not interupt your Halloween avatar hunt ;)
You'll know when this maintenance takes place because we will have a banner at the top of the site saying something along the lines of "website maintenance currently being carried out". You'll still be able to play our games, but any account stuff will either be down or limited throughout the maintenance window.

We have some great news!
Endless Doves has been submitted to the App and Google Play stores. So once it has been approved it will be finally ready for release.
The other good news is that as it has been made using Unity, this means that it will be available on iOS, Android and our website. Oh and did we mention that it'll be FREE!
For those of you haven't been following, Endless Doves is a brand new game based on our premium mobile title 8Bit Doves.
As the title suggests this time you will not be flying towards a set finish line at the end of a level. Your goal is to fly as far as possible without crashing all whilst frantically collecting as many doves as you possibly can. It's a score based game so you can brag to your friends and even try to beat each others high score.
New birds can be unlocked via the shop Aviary and then used in-game. As you expert bird collectors will find, there is a lot more than just birds that can be unlocked. Any guesses on what they might be?

More news on this game as and when it is ready for release.
We know this one might be a little difficult for some to find, but don't give up!

This is a platformers crossed with type-em-up controls. This game does not need you to be the best typist in the world. It requires that you use great judgement and timing to make ot from letter to letter. This puts an interesting creative spin on this genre of game. The artwork is great

Today's Pixel Love game is Stasis!
We chose this game for the artists great use of such a limited colour space.
The game play is nothing ground breakingly new, but it plays well and we have to admit is quite addictive!
