Privacy Policy - Super Leap Day

Last Updated: 26 July 2021

Nitrome Limited’s (“Nitrome”) Privacy Policy aims to provide a clear view of your use of our title Super Leap Day (the “Game”) published and made available to you by Apple on its Apple Arcade service. By installing and using the Game, you agree to Nitrome’s Privacy Policy.

DATA WE COLLECT

Our Games use only services provided by Apple. We do not store personal or gameplay data on our servers or share any data with third parties. For information on data stored by Apple services, please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy.

The game collects only the following types of data:

  • Save Data, which contains non-personal gameplay progress, such as shop unlocks, level progression, achievements and leaderboards.
  • We receive aggregated user data related to the Game in the form of statistics and analytics information from Apple.

DATA STORAGE

Data described in this Privacy Policy is stored locally on your device or sent to Apple for use in Game Center or iCloud. If you do not want the Games to collect this data and information, then you should remove the Game from your device and from iCloud should that be enabled on your device.

If you have Apple’s Game Centre enabled the Game will collect your Apple Game Center Team Player ID and your Game progress (e.g. levels completed, checkpoints reached, fruit and coins collected, items unlocked).

You can turn off tracking of this information—but if you do, then certain features of the Games won’t work. For example, you won’t retain items collected or unlockables and progress will not be saved. You would also not be able to appear on Leader boards or collect achievements.

CHILDREN

Nitrome complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations concerning children and the Internet including laws applicable to the residents of the EEA and the United States. Nitrome limit data collection to the internal operations of the game.

If you are a parent, you can decline to have that data collected from your child by turning off iCloud for our game and signing your child out of Game Center.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Nitrome may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users personal information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page with notice that the privacy policy has been updated. The date the privacy policy was last revised can be located at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.
