TruMas And even if he did, no scientist is incredibly dumb as to tap the glass.

DudeMicDude

Why is it suddenly dumb to tap glass? seriously if you don't like the game just say so, you don't have to try to rip apart its logic

mje20011

ummm...what? Continuous tapping of class makes cracks. Blue, in it's form, is liquid. If blue had evil intentions, he could attack the professor

mje20011

Not to mention the fact he doesn't wear safety goggles.

Symage

I don't really know why he needs safety glasses and maybe the glass is a bit safer than it seems?

mje20011

Well seeing that he made blue's suit, and the idle animation of blue is his screen cracking from nothing at all, it seems like even a tap could shatter similar glass. And "All science experiments are to be performed with safety goggles" -My science teachers, no matter who they are. that doesn't make him a bad scientist, but he is only discovering blues ability now, so if I was him, I'd leave it up to the machines.

Symage

Oh yea, didn't see that animation on Blue

brinjal

The glass of the tank is probably strong enough to stand gentle tapping. While the glass on Blue's proto-suit is very thin, the glass of the tank is probably normal glass and therefore won't break if tapped. Additionally, even if blue DID escape, he lacks the ability to do any damage to the professor.

mje20011

true, but what about his suit? He is trained (for no reason, given that his real use is to **** people (test subject complete spoiler)) to kill other creatures, possibly even humans. Thus blue could attack the professor. At an extra note, this discussion has been one of Nitrome's best. Good job people!

brinjal

His suit is tiny and easily destroyed. Assuming it is of similar power to the suit in test subject complete, all it can do is slightly hurt someone's hand. Even if the professor broke the glass (unlikely) and Blue escaped (somewhat likely) and attacked (very unlikely) the professor still would be in little to no danger.

mje20011

All I need to say to that is that blue can make machinery EXPLODE with 3 shots or less.

Franny712

WHAT IS EVERYONE TALKING ABOUT I DONT GET IT

edward hahm

JUST CHECK OUT TEST SUBJECT COMPLETE!!! BLUE CAN CAUSE ONLY MERE PAIN!!! Also, it's probably fragile machines that he's breaking. Anyhow, this is a great game.

spotmaster307

hi hi

mje20011

hai :D

mje20011

1. I have but blue uses REX (or whatever it is), which is a different suit. 2. Possibly, no one can prove of disprove that. 3. Agreed

mje20011

"EVERYONE" is discussing the reasons why the professor shouldn't tap the glass, and the power of blue's suit.

Zordon

does this chain of comment even matter.

brinjal

Note that the rex still takes three shots to destroy orange goo spawners and orange guns. This means that the Rex is of similat power to the protosuit. So they would be equally damaging to the professor, that is, not at all, aside from mere pain. And all that aside, in complete, we see flashbacks of blue and the scientist interacting like a father and son. Blue has no intentions of harming the professor, so he is in no danger.

mje20011

of course :D

mje20011

I agree with almost all your points but what would you do if someone was annoying you forever (tapping) without you being able to reach them. When you can, what would you do?
